Here's the thing, what I posted proved what I said, which is that we can't redistribute our way out of global poverty. The Fed link shows how much every person would have for their name if we had a perfectly equal distribution of everything produced in the world in a year, while the OECD link shows how much the US government spends on each person. That proves it can't be done.
