I get that you are trying hard to somehow equate these things with taking 132 billion of taxpayers dollars to pay off people's loans which they consciously made while ignoring those who did pay off the loans/are still paying them off and those who didn't waste years taking basket weaving and gender studies courses. There is a huge difference in a defendant being found guilty or not and SCOTUS making a ruling on a government action.
