    Drinking on antibiotics

    Felt like I was coming down with the strep today, so I called my dentist buddy and had him call me in a Z-Pack.

    It's the really strong 5 day prescription that kills almost any bacteria or whatever ills you. Dilemma is, tomorrow I'm supposed to go to a all day cook off and planned on killing a bunch of Miller Lite.

    Will my antibiotics still work if I drink?

    Z pack very generic/general antibiotic that you should be fine. NOt targeting anything overly strong or specific so you should be fine with a day or boozing.

    It happens, but best is not to drink.
    1)Z pack is a common antibiotic that covers the most common cause of strep throat. It is getting a lot of resistance.
    2) Do finish the whole 5 day course.
    3) Dont drink, but you will...so...just dont over do it
