At one now, live music, excellent beer, good vibe all around.
We are now five days gamble free. I feel clean.

All the time. Michigan is #2 in the country behind only Colorado for breweries. Big ones, small ones, famous ones, hidden ones, love em.
Cheers! Get a flight!

I go up to Grand Rapids for a bike/run and Milwaukee for a 5k every year. Make a 3-4 day weekend of it and hit about 4-7 breweries.
very under rated little midwest cities. lots of good food and beer

I spend some time in the Grand Rapids area every summer and can vouch that they have epic breweries... Big fan of Michigan as a whole
We are finally getting a decent little craft scene down here in NOLA

About 25 of em opened in the last 2 years near me. We previously had maybe 2 of them. So far I'm not too impressed with them and at $8-$10 for a beer it's rip off too.

Im 10 min from Oskar Blues, 20 from Sierra Nevada, and about 30 from New Belgium here in Western North Carolina. About 45 all together within an hours drive. Nothing like fresh beer!

You can get a nice buzz off of one beer at a microbrewery. I was shocked. If you never tried it.... give it a shot.

Asheville brewery scene over-rated in my opinion
Lots of places
Middle of the road quality
Trendy for sure

Brewery growth exponential over past 5 years. Wonder if it will continue?
Then again there is always a new fast food place popping up every other day

You have a fav brewery? Honestly, I don't know much about the local brew scene there. My older bro lives in Traverse City.
