Moiest it's really good sauce. I would say if it's grocery store bought steak yes use the A1 but not a good cut of meat from a steakhouse

Only if it's aged beef or seasoned well, then I'll skip the A-1. Otherwise if it's just a cheap joint or a chain like Outback, he'll give me that A-1. A little soy sauce isn't bad either if you like something different.

You can get decent steak at the grocery stores here. I try not to eat red meat too often so when I do make steak I splurge.

Steak one of the few things I know how to cook really well.

Actually probably the only thing. I've got it down to a science. Ribeye or Porterhouse.

I recently had a chimichurri marinated flank steak at a dinner party. Delicious.

Wouldn't lump marinade in with sauce though. Also unmarinated flank is bad.

its a great marinade I agree. But its also a great condiment. Lots of these Brazilian steaks places have it on your table. Garlicky and delish!
