Slow day! Bets have to show you my personal fav from the weekend.

LAKE WORTH, Fla. - An unincorporated Lake Worth woman beaten nearly to death is fighting for her life after a disturbing incident that unfolded on the night of the July 4th holiday.
Investigators say the woman's injuries were inflicted by her own live-in daughter.

The documents allege that Ferna Quesner dragged her mother by the hair and beat her with a pole and a 10 pound weight.
Then, investigators say, Quesner took a knife from the pair's kitchen drawer and gouged her mother's eyes out.
"That just sends chills down my arms right now," said Kaufmann. "Must have been bad."

Then Quesner's neighbors called 911 and when deputies arrived, they say they found Ferna Quesner standing over her mother's lifeless, bloody body saying this: "I was trying to kill the cat and she is the cat."

Days after the alleged incident, crime scene gloves were on the ground and a blood stain remained on the outside of the Quesner's home. "Unexpected, especially when it's a family or something like that," said neighbor Richard Kaufmann.
The victim is said to have a broken nose, two broken forearms, head trauma and both of her eyes removed.
Her daughter is charged with attempted murder in the first degree and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Ferna Quesner remains at the Palm Beach County Jail.

making glazed doughnuts for a living has its ups and downs.
The pay is decent but once u get caught in a rush and you have to rapidly produce fresh glazed treats
you are going to get messy ... impossible not to get a lil of your work on you . Ask anyone that has a career in it
