Florida Citrus Bowl: Rutgers at Virginia Tech
I look at this game and I noticed many bettors are obsessed with Rutgers being ranked fourth in points allowed. That Rutgers is the better overall team. Rutgers has won their last 7 bowl games and covered their last 5 bowl games ATS. I hear that Rutgers is going to feed Jawan Jamison all day like AP.
How VT has been a bettors nightmare, 3-9 ats, which is true and how Rutgers should easily keep Logan Thomas in check. I look at it this way…VT has played in 20 consecutive bowl games. ACC teams are 8-1 in the last 9 bowls. VT went toe2toe with Flo St. I don’t think Rutgers could do the same.
It comes down to who do you trust? QB Gary Nova, who is a sophomore in his first full season and has thrown 12 ints in his last 5 games. OR QB Logan Thomas, who is a junior and is a tight end playing quarterback that was a projected top 5 pick before this season, who is 6-6, 260 with a monster arm.
I’m going with the giant QB that reminds me of a wannabe Cam Newton and can run for first downs and can throw to carry his team for the win at the end.

I hated my covers name, (which used to be my real nickname) so I decided to use my x-box live name on here. K-slay a.k.a. Cntpuncher calls me sports, sportsintel, or sportsintlect. SnJ, Pokin, and 222 call me by my covers name.
