The Unibomber is my favorite killer as they go, and I did read his stuff and am quite familiar with his entire story. He's pretty spot on with how technology is ruining human kind. Although he killed some innocent people, I can respect his dedication to his cause. He rather stick to his convictions than make a plea and be labeled as a nut job in the official sense. If it wasn't for his brother, he would still be living in a shack with the FBI not knowing who he was.

Not to over simplify here, but what is the difference in the Uni Bomber fighting against change w his tactics and, say, Lincoln fighting FOR change w his? Or LBJ? Or Obama....

Using the slimmest of margins, executive actions or the Courts to effect change w out Congress/ a vote, is akin to putting a gun to someone's head and robbing them....either of their life, property, rights or beliefs.

I often feel income tax law is like this insomuch as it was illegal for 150 years, then not apportioned and then collected on a progressive manner.

It's clearly unconstitutional- and is declared so in the Fedealist Papers.
