I want to give a payroll tax relief. If your company get stuff from Italy or China? If your company has to lay you off or if your waiter at Denny’s and no one‘s coming in so they were you were off. How is that payroll tax going to help you? It’s unbelievable the stupidity of this administration! The worst part is that if you were working and they gave you this tax cut you still with the same amount on taxes at the end of the year! Don’t worry they have a shot ofOvercoming this is to give money to everyone. The rich will put it in the bank but the poor will always spend! That is why they are poor because they live for today and not for tomorrow!

They may not have a paycheck for awhile, so how will payroll relief even help them? Provide sick leave relief so that people can miss work if needed. Income for businesses and banks will decline.
This will make it difficult for them to pay bills and taxes. End result: mass bankruptcy and failure of industries people rely on for jobs and income.
The solution is to grant leniency and relaxation of debt and taxes to create an environment where they can survive the coming storm. And that's EXACTLY what Trump is doing.
