Kelly if Kim said he would give up nukes, does that mean he will stop producing them and give them up completely and turn them over and destroy them, or does it mean he will simply stop producing them. You see when you are dealing with NK they say one thing and then say they meant something else. If he does completely give up his nukes, all of them, and if he does allow inspections and everything that goes with it I will give DT administration credit.
