    D2 you around?

For starters who do you even sue? It wasn't Donald Trump's bill. It was passed in the House and Senate and agreed on in conference.

Do the states sue the House and Senate?

My guess is this does not make it to the SCOTUS. Plantiff's lose even with the most liberal judge at the district level, lose 3-0 by the appeals panel and unanimously at the full appeals and SCOTUS won't bother taking it..obviously.

    I agree, I think it's silly.

But there are tax legislation workarounds that states can employ. Just allow a state tax credit for charitable contributions to the state treasury.

You can't get a benefit from a charitable donation for it to be charitable. Besides, those democrats kept telling us how great tax hikes on the rich were, and now they're conspiring with rich people in their state to keep them from paying a higher tax rate. It's almost like they've been lying all these years.

D2, who would they even sue? DT? Congress? Maybe the authors and co-signors(if any) in the House and Senate? Maybe the US House?
