why r some of you girls so worked up over politics?
like your lives will actually be that much better or worse based on who wins this election

theres a lot of levelheaded guys in here and you know who you are, but this forum is like saloon part deux for the most part.

Politics is like a ball game for people in here. They want to be on the winning side. Bragging rights or
    to win bets they made.

The two running for pres are one in the same, almost. The one is black who champions the little guy,
can relate to almost everyone, but can't reel in the old white Repubs to forward this nation, because
they are stuck in the past. Clearly, their ideas don't work. New Ideas has pushed us up from the brink.

The other is a rich white dude who hasn't a clue what 99% of the working class does, but he might be
able to get both parties working together again. Beware! He and his kind will make drastic cuts that
will hurt the 99% for a long time. Expect another 10 year conflict. If you think Bush was bad, just wait,
    if he's elected.

To me, it doesn't matter who's pres, it's the 500+ who can hurt you or help you. Now, tell me which
party has done absolutely nothing the last 4 years except throw a wrench in the works? Are they
    patriots or corporate ball washers?

The black guy does champion the little guy. So much so that he will do anything possible to keep them "little". High unemployment, record numbers on food stamps, high gas prices are all huge factors preventing growth.

BTW where were you the 1st 2 years of Obama? Guy had complete control of Congress, and instead of fighting for jobs he rammed through a government takeover of healthcare that 60% of the American people didn't want. Mid-term elections came and reasonable people voted against his party to stop his nonsense. Throwing a wrench in the works? DAMN RIGHT!

Yes, he admitted that himself. Instead of concentrating on the economy, they were working on health care reform,
saving the banks and the auto industry from total collapse, saving millions of jobs. Extending unemployment
benefits so people could eat and save their homes. Not one negative job growth month since elected. Popped
a cap in the head of our #1 enemy.

Bailouts for banks and auto industry, food stamps for the rest.

          Nice going!

IDK, you probably sat pretty well the last 4 years. Cash for clunkers, record car sales for the industry and used car
            prices through the roof.

Yes, 'bama was naive to promise all the shit he did to get elected, but somethings needed more attention.
The economy was so bad and still is, it can't be fixed in 4 years, especially when we have a world market.

I sat out Cash for Clunkers. It was a joke, and made the prices of used cars go through the roof.

During Obama reign of terror, I stayed home for 21 months.

Don't want to do that again the next upcoming 4 years.

I hear ya brother, me too. My life hasn't improved, but I feel it will get worse under a flip flopping lier with no plan,
who screwed people for money and will do the same to 99% of Americans.
