What We Learned From the GOP Convention
    - Obama has been a terrible president, and Romney will fix everything. We don't know how, but since he was a pirate equity guy we should just take his word for it.

    - The republicans love the woman folk.

    - The GOP has many many blacks and hispanics, they are all fluent in Espanol, and they love the woman folk.

    - Ann loves Mitt. And the woman folk.

    - They all came from such humble beginnings, and are just like us little people.

    - Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio will duke it out for the nomination in 2016, Christie will be running for VP or to sell books.

Watched some of the convention and have to admit I drank some of the Kool aid.

Mitt sounds like a stand up guy according to the speakers. Compassionate, hard working
and has standards to live by.

If you heard between the lines, there was a message for the conservatives to work together
to get this country back on track. I just hope those morons in Washington heard the message.

I watched Ryan's speech after my fantasy draft. You have to admit, Paul Ryan is good for a few laughs. Not sure if he was auditioning for "Weekend Update" on SNL at the same time but I think he has a bright future all the same. I don't think I've ever felt so loved by one person in my entire life. It was very touching or it was all the beer I drank at the draft. When Romney/Ryan take over the White House, I decided I'm just going to close my eyes, apply an ample amount of vaseline, put in earplugs (other people screaming in pain is a little unnerving) and hope R and R still respect me in the morning.

No doubt they put a lot of effort into making Romney sound like a human, but it's what they didn't tell the people that is more troublesome.

No mention, for instance, that casino billionaire Sheldon Adelson has given $100 million to Romney and future donations are "limitless"

And the Kochs are scraping another $100 million.

David (pictured) and Charles Koch, worth a combined $50billion, have been joined by 300 of America's wealthiest businessmen in promising the cash to stop Obama from being re-elected.

These creatures are going to want a "return on their investment" from president Romney, and the result will be a medieval serfdom for the rest of us.

A casino mogul donating doesn't sound too bad, could be good for us gambling fcks.

The Koch bro's, that's another story with their oil and all.

Not only is Mitt getting money from those mega rich, I'll bet the money loving Repubs from all
          branches get some.

I'll bet they had a back room at the convention with someone handing out cash to all who would participate.
Also a glory hole so they could thank the unknown donors.

Anybody donating big money in politics is bad for us and the country. This is so blatant and so obvious and yet it continues. Are these people contributing this money because they like the guy, come on people this is the outright purchase of a president. Years from now when this is history people will shake their head and say really that really happened.
