Good morning all. I am having the hardest time getting hold of someone over at lock. It seems their 800 number only lets you leave a message and their "live" chat is really only an email. Does anyone have good contact info so that I can correct a deposit error?
It never has been easy for me to get a hold of them also. They usually seem to take care of any problem though that I have experienced with them. If you just send them an email they usually tend to get back to you within 48-72 hours. I know that doesn't help much but just have to be patient with them
