some of it was my fault, but my dad should have recognized my athletic genetics and had me playing football when I was in middle school and early junior high

I tried out for football when I was a senior and ran a 4.90 40 as a 5'10 250 LB offensive linemen (which is just ridiculous considering I had absolutely no athletic training before that)

I quit because A)my conditioning was just horrendous and I couldn't make up that difference quickly, B)I was so far behind all the other kids in my actual football skills and C) I ended up getting a lower back injury

I could have been the next zack thomas if I started earlier

and I realize I'm chubby right now but that's an unforunate part of the process for gaining a lot of muscle in the winter and fall, there's no point for me to be ripped cause it's not beach season anymore. I'm gonna get up to about 240 and then cut down to 200 and be ripped for next spring/summer
