I see them as a necessary evil. No one likes dealing with them, but then again, I don't see a better way to handle it.

One fool attorney sues another fool attorney over something stupid and the client, and really everyone else gets caught in the middle and pays for it through price increases as a result.

I have dealt with and worked closely with attorneys. You are about to go into law school.

What I'm saying is most industry grows because of consumer demand for a useful product. The law industry grows from a need generated as there are more attorneys.

I actually think it's ok... not the holier than thou attitude people might feel when they quote certain posts but just the evolution of it all. On May 6th, 2012 - there are certain words that are auto filtered. There are things people will post that will get them an infraction or a ban. There is only one person that owns this forum and who instituted these policies: John. For all of those who cry about censorship, I hope those who feel there is a racist element here at least give him kudos for this. Two years ago I was saying "I just got f'd by the hook again, how gay" despite working with many gay men and women at my other job and not realising I was substituting the word 'gay' for messed up, horrible, bs, etc. It was explained to me how crappy my language was. I wasn't meaning to hurt anyone but people live and learn.

It does surprise me a bit though that anyone in this thread can preach about racial equality and then disparage someone's wife or child. Not sure how that's ok but other forms of behaviour aren't. Yet that isn't reported as much, people aren't starting threads about it, etc. Being a racist is no worse than just being an absolute sausage. If you put 50 guys on an island at age 2-3 and let them grow up there, rescue them at 20 and they will all think they are gay because they'd all get sexual urges and eventually they'd let each other do something about those.

It is definitely a choice. I don't even care if someone is gay, it just needs to be acknowledged that it is a choice. Thus, why there are lots of bisexual people who realize that both can make them feel good.
