Had another pretty good week. Building a deck in back yard has helped burn a few pounds.

Down another 3 pounds this week. 3 per week an I should meet my goals of 205 to 200 easily. Might go lower, we'll see.

Ill give you some inside info, I had five guys and went out for several drinks after hitting the OTB for $750 in a quick hour / hour and 1/2 visit...

But I see major improvements in the mirror but the scale is still only down 3-5 lbs...

Drank some brews while building my deck this weekend, but hauling lumber in the back yard and sweatin like a pig probably countered it a bit.

Putting laminate flooring down in 2 of the bedrooms in my house and been reffing lots of soccer. Drinking a little less but eating could be better. Will be doing some epic hiking over the next couple weeks and then will be at the gym 4-5 times a week most likely.
