#215Looks like Griz deleted the video... I remember him saying something like he always deletes them.
Had a 30 min workout this morning, followed it up with about a 300 calorie lunch of some Hearty Progresso Soup. Will do another 30 minutes later. I would just do 60 at once, but I have SEVERE ADD, and I can't focus for long periods of time, so I break up workouts.
I get the feeling I'll probably lose 5-6 lbs the first week, but it'll be hard to lose much more weight after that.Comment -

#225guys i am warning everyone to not bet on me.
yesterday had takeout from Max's. anyone who has been to Max's in Chicago knows that is what you do if you want to gain weight.
Today i could not resist ordering that buffalo chicken pie from papa johns. I am so weak, I guess i am just destined to be fat.
I have been hitting the gym hard though. I am thinking I will go hard over easter weekend drinking and eating then come back and have a strong 3 weeks to finish the contest and win.Comment -

Haven't eaten much tough. 2 pieces of pizza and a small can of puritan beef stew. Haven't been all that hungry as of late even though I'm hitting the gym every morning.
I read a study maybe a year back and it resulted in people who did not eat in the morning prior to exercise lost more weight than those who did eat before exercise in the morning (control group of eating without exercise of course did the worst). That's just something I learned and maybe others can use this info.Comment -
