I saw value at +350 in Griz. He's a fairly young guy! A little discipline at the table and some exercise was all this guy needed to drop some poundage. Instead, this fukkin muffin top can't stop eating himself into oblivion.

That's normal... Just make small adjustments, cut the carbs back some and switch up workouts...
