i really didnt know how long it was , in fact, see no official post on how long, it said it would have to be agreed on or something. I would of tightened down if i knew i had just a week left. Haven't had alot of posts or updates and it seemed most quit.

Im currently injured but still just walked 4 miles and did 40 min on the bike.

At the beginning I was eating well, small healthy meals throughout the day and I was exercising. Plus I had just stopped drinking so I'm sure some of the weight I lost initially had to do with that. Then I switched into 40 hour modes of not eating because I was doing 24+ hour poker session with some help from PEDs. But yeah, definitely not losing the fat in my gut.

Well, we'll keep the deadline of the 31st. Makes sense.

However, if you want to do a vid with weight before that date, that's fine. It will only give the advantage to the people that wait longer to do a weigh in vid. Basically no time stamp needed.

Hope all have benifited from this. I looked back at my opening vid and there is definately good change. I started around the begining of the year around 235 and at the start of this contest at 219.6, this contest is what I needed to get that extra weight off. I think I was about 230 to 235 at the bash last year. If you compared those photos to me now, it's freeking CRAZY!!

I'll post my vid on the 31st! Best of Luck everyone!!
