I'll presume you mean any online book, and not "any" book, as there are plenty of books in the U.S. that legally take wagers. You know there's a place called Vegas that takes wagers on everything. It is 100% legal, and the state of Nevada also offers legal prostitution. If you're there, you can cash winning tickets as soon as the event is concluded, so you don't have to wait or pay any withdrawal fees, and then you can go legally get a happy (or should I say happier) ending after you cash.

The arrest warrants have been issued for Ayre and the three others. The steps go, arrest warrants, determine where they are, put together a request to the foreign government for their provisional arrest, send it through the State Department, the foreign countries arrest them, they stay in jail until the extradition hearing, the hearing is held, they are ordered extradited, they appeal, the appeal is denied, they are extradited. Probably takes two to five years before they hit US soil.

In Ayre's case, he is in a hopeless spot. He is flaunting them, he has Becky demeaning the prosecutors and the law, and he is still carrying on online gaming in the US. Bovada, you can wipe your ass with that in terms of how effective a shield that is going to be for him.

The U.S. Government is a scam, and is not by the people for the people. It is by the wealthy and powerful for the wealthy and powerful. They also run the biggest ponzi scheme ever known, called social security. The politicians still give themselves pay raises, even after the public votes against. That one in Massachusetts years back really was the bell being tolled of how meaningless a citizen's vote really is. Politicians vote for healthcare for the public that they and their families would never use, they trade stock on inside info, they sell out to lobbyists merely for personal unethical gains, etc. etc. etc.

As has happened throught history, a revolution is inevitable. So they all have their golden parachutes ready, and a decadent Dubai destination all built and waiting for them with open arms. The United States is being run into the ground, and the wealthy and powerful are bleeding every cent they can while they can. The mighty military will fold as their leaders who sent them to meaningless places to put their lives on the line, come back (if they survive) to live homeless on the streets.

Hands down the worst run facility by far when I worked for a medical supply company procurring prescriptions, was when I had to call a V.A. hospital. I called public hospitals, private hospitals, doctor offices, clinics, home health organizations, etc. The only facility I called and always hit a dead end when trying to locate the customer's physician for approving a certificate of medical necessity (needed for the customer's order to be covered by insurance), was the V.A. And when I'd call the vet back to let them know I couldn't locate their physician to fulfill the order on the product they need (or would at least help them be, feel and live better), the vet would say that's how they are and that they can never get through either. And I'd call and speak to or leave countless messages at the nurse's station, medical records dept, front desk, admin, and you name it. They, and they're the only ones, just don't respond.

So yea, forget border patrol, rounding up and deporting violent illegal immigrants, securing our schools, and stopping the oil companies from bleeding the consumer at the pump (even though it's the people's oil that the oil company's are permitted to extract from the people's land via leases). If the oil company can make an extra buck by shipping the oil to China, while at the same time sacrificing the whole domestic economy, they don't even think twice while they forget who's oil it is. Not to mention that the price of gas is not based on suppy and demand, but on a smoke and mirror manipulated speculation of what maybe down the road will happen to oil. As far as I'm concerned, homeland security should be rounding up the oil tycoons who pilfer our oil during soaring gas prices then export it from the U.S, and execute them all for committing blatant treason. Instead, on a country founded by life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, homeland security chooses to waste countless resources on shutting down a site offering entertainment to consenting adults.

Not exactly true either. Last time I took a day cruise on the Palm Beach Princess, they took sports wagers. Thus, there our countless cruise ships where you can legally gamble to your hearts content too. Now you might say though you're leaving a U.S. port, you're not actually gambling on U.S. soil, as the ship has to be like 2 miles offshore. Still, it's not like you have to cruise to Costa Rica. In fact, it's like only 45 minutes after they leave port, that the tables, slots and sportsbook take action. If I leave a U.S. port to go on a 5 hour cruise, that will then return to that same U.S. port, it's pretty much legal U.S. gambling to me.

The only problem I had with betting a game on the cruise however, is that you usually couldn't cash a winning ticket on the same cruise. Ship left port at 7 PM, gambling by 8 PM, gambling shut down about 11 PM, and back at port at midnight. You'd get a nice dinner buffet as you head out, and nice breakfast buffet as you head back. Just if your game didn't end prior to the cut off, you'd have to book another cruise on the next or on another day to cash a winning ticket.

Though I imagine you could find someone to cash the ticket for you on the same night for a fee. Like when winning over $600 at the track, in order to cash you have to fill out a tax reporting form, in which you'd be liable for say giving 25% of the winnings to the feds. To circumvent that, there was always disabled folks in wheelchairs at the track who are in a tax exempt status, who would cash the ticket for you for 10%. So if you won $1,000, instead of giving say $250 of that to the IRS, you give the disabled person $100 and walk away with $900 free and clear. Meanwhile, the disabled person just made an easy $100 so they're extremely happy to oblige.

Have seen this happen at least twice already with 2 totally different scenarios:

Bookmaker.com got seized, but no U.S. player to my knowledge lost one cent as they reopened @ Bookmaker.ag, as Bookmaker is a reputable House.

Beted.com got seized, and though they could have done what Bookmaker did, they absconded with all their members' cash instead. Though they claim the U.S seized their bank accounts, everyone knows that what the U.S. seized was only a tiny fraction of their holdings, as they constantly moved the money to other accounts (and their pockets) where the cash was safe. Only money in transit from the processor basically was seized. Thus Beted, and covers.com that pimped out these theives, are irreputable to say the least.

My favorite book currently is Heritagesports, who I hope changes out of a .com URL. Anyone know if that will soon happen?

Who do you think the US Govt would be more interested in extraditing - Julian Assange or Calvin Ayre? As it stands, the chances of them ever getting Assange extradited to the US are very slim. Regardless of how powerful the US is, there are actually limits to what they can do or even what they want to do short of kidnapping. And that's not something they do in first world countries. The only time your chances are greatly reduced in a non treaty country is when you're a terrorist, a major drug lord, took your child without the other parent's permission/against a court order or committed murder (unless you're in a country like Australia, Canada, Mexico or any EU country as they won't extradite you if you can face the death penalty). I had to spend my own cash to figure out these laws for different reasons but I promise you: Myself or any other US citizen parent would have a better chance of getting extradited back to the US if we "abducted" our child according to the Hague Convention - even if we were living in a 3rd world cave - before someone in Calvin's position would in a non treaty country.

No one's money from the U.S. who is illegally gambling online with offshore sites is safe. That's just reality. As soon they have your money, your money will never be safe again until if and when you have the cash back in your possession. There's never any guarantee of or insurance against not ever getting paid, and you have no recourse when it happens that you don't.

Besides, if you gamble with these places, you're destined to lose anyway. And if you're lucky enough to win, you're destined to let it ride untl you lose. If you are one of the few who gamble for a living, you'd just move to Vegas, Canada, Europe, Costa Rica, etc. Presuming you don't gamble for a living, why worry about getting paid? As soon as you send your money offshore, you should be kissing it goodbye and don't expect any thank yous from Calvin for your deposit. I can only picture him and those like him, that secretly read the daily report of how much money they just profited, of having a huge grin on their faces as they say to themselves, "what an abundance of ignorant suckers there are out there who volunteer to bend over, grab their ankles, and spread their cheeks."
