No. All they do is tell Verisign (the core registry for .com names) "you know how that domain ______.com points to that server over there? Make it point to this server over here instead." That's it.

So what right does the US Govt have seizing a legal global company's trading web-site & stops the legal 3rd party company from trading with its legal customers daily !

As I say, this is a serious development for lovers of the internet - if US Govt gets away with this - they can ban & shut down anything from anyone - anywhere in the world.
