Promised my wife "no hands, neck, or face", and that was an easy promise to make. Of course, I'm 38 years old, and I began getting tattooed by Irish gangsters when I was 17. p.s none on meI was around when only sailors , or unfortunely drunks wore them , coach the only woman on federal hill in rhode island that had a tattoo was this tuff looking old broad the number was 11617and letters at the end it told what prison camp ,and that she was a jew and do no damage skilled worker, she only described the letters to me ,but I don't remember details whether ours or german letters. Her husband was also same camp and also survived.
