    I think Fischer is making a HUGE mistake.
    Granted, I think he is amongst the top coaches (3-5) in the league. There's just some things we DON'T know...

    I think in this spot, Fischer wants something 'more' - which is acceptable at the level of QB play we've seen in the league.
    I figure, though, despite Vince's shortcomings as a leader, he's still a winner. It's very hard to debate that point, IMO.
    I think cutting Young is an intelligent move in his life - he's a bit of a nancy - but still, it's hard to argue against a winner, regardless.

    The Titans are in for some lean lean years if they cut Vince, whilst they'd be a semi-conteder with him.
    To be fair, though, Aaron Brooks had a similar curve. He faded away because he could not lead.
    I think our perception of the position is way off base right now. I think winning games > having a strong QB leader.
