I just realized the team tourney is march 19-22....meaning friday isnt included. is this on purpose or typo?

It is correct. Four days of competition. One player from each region plays in ten tournaments per day Mon-Thurs.

Team Match Schedule (March 19th — March 22nd)

Ten tournaments per day running from 12:00PM-9:00PM EDT. Each event will be password protected. Your SBR Poker usernames will be altered to include your region.
Four players per tournament (1 player from each region). It will be the responsibility of each team to decide which player will represent them per tourney. Players may compete in only one tournament per day. Players may not share the password with players that have not qualified under any circu

i am sort of surprised to see only 4 tournaments as well. i mean to decide the IPAD we will have alot of ties most likely unless someone manages to win all 4 matches. we have 2 guys even do that.

certainly at least 10 guys will win at least 2 tournies and probably 4 will win at least 3 tournies.

If you had 5 tournaments, that would at least make it harder to have a tie if only 1 guy goes and wins all 5 tournaments. I actually like the current tiebreakers, but wouldnt mind playing a total of 5 tournaments.

RUDY, we really need for the USA to win this shit because first is 2500 forum points, but second place is 1500 POKER ROLLOVER POINTS!

Well you are not thinking it out I dont think. The number of tournaments doesnt matter, it is the fact that each person can only play in 4 of them.

Certainly quite a few guys will win 2 of their 4 tournaments. And I would think that maybe 3 or 4 guys might win 3 tournaments. If he just added one more days worth of tournaments, then you would have as many ties.

But it is OK since at the moment, at least the 2nd tiebreaker helps me out alot at this moment

I think the number matters. The more tournaments there are, the more unlikely it is to finish in a tie.

Obviously this has only happened once in the past, but last year no teams tied.

I wasnt talking about teams tying, i was only talking about tying for the IPAD. i mean unless you finish in first, we really are not winning very many SBR points. I really only want the IPAD

IPAD is biggest prize by a longshot therefore I doubt anyone already guaranteed a spot in certain countries won't stop playing because the 2A tie breaker could come into play no matter what team you are on

I would pretty much assume that's the case now that that is what SBR has in its store. ipad3 wasn't even a concept when this thread was started lol.
