Actually..the only reason he is involved in this story is because of his name.. Someone got caught lying to the feds about where HE got the money to gamble over 10k bets. Has nothing to do with Billy except for the fact his name is big... They want to try to connect the dots but no money trace...This is what the feds are pissed about..Its the IRS really.. Only because the runner cannot show proof of how he has 5 cars, a semi-mansion,.and enough money in his bank accounts to wipe his Arse with 100's....
If someone continues to deposit large sums of money in and out of a bank account with no trace or records of where the money came from it raises flags..

green bay was a loser (3-7)...cleveland was a loser (6-13)...san diego under was a winner (31-0)...not sure which side of the total he was on in the Dallas game...it went over...NE +3.5 was easy winner and K State up to 8.5 only won by 8...probably push or lose.....

Overloading action on a side or total when the book is moving line from the action they've taken or are trying to move to match offshore outs. Trying to raise house limits on low volume bets like 1st 5 total in bases for example. There are so few legit books in Vegas that betting groups know not to play by the rules.

This failure to disclose accurate info to the casino for Title 31 will likely end up with guy being 86ed from that casino and possibly others. He'll pay the taxes and fines himself or the llc will cover it and be given a warning.

The casinos really don't get too scared from his action. If he is ahead the house gets it back from parlay and teaser cards from the average guy. From what I understand he is up in cfb this season at a few casinos but nothing too insane.
