Yes, Vick is making his return. When Vick was healthy earlier this season, he struggled greatly with turnovers. He will most likely not be 100% (Eagles want Vick back on the field ASAP, so they may be rushing his return) and and will be rusty. On top of this, Vick will be facing one of the hottest defenses in the NFL. This is a good spot for Dolphins at home.

Rivers looked like his old self on Monday....They're playing a Bills team that seems to have folded...

May also take 49ers. Cards looked good last week but 49ers are money ATS and should handle a tough yet inferior Cards team.

BTW: Giants are going to get their ass handed to them Sunday. +9 is a lot of points, but this game will be dangerously close to hitting it. there's better games on the board.

NFC East games like these tend to be close...I could see the Giants winning SU, so +9 isn't completely crazy, but I see where you're coming from. Neither team has been consistent and impressive enough to not bet on this being a relatively close game. If the Chiefs, Pats and Chargers hit, which I would be surprised if they don't, I guess I will have to sweat it out come 8:20.

And I won't be making any plays for Thursday. The line is too steep, and I don't like betting totals. I guess my only suggestion would be teasing the Browns up if that's your thing.

I struggled hard last Sunday, but am looking to make up for it this Sunday with picks I am much more confident in. But try not too take my advice too seriously until then

I've said from the beginning that the "Start Tailing Gentlemen" should not be taken too seriously.

Vitooch, it doesn't matter how much research you do as all of it has been built into the NFL lines you're betting on.

Let me give it to you straight since nobody here seems to want to admit it:
You can NOT beat the NFL betting pre-game. You might occassionally have a 10-2 day like you had but the law of averages will catch up with you and you will eventually lose.

Using touts (with one exception) is totally worthless as well.

If you want to give yourself a small edge, you can subscribe to RAS (Right Angle Sports) and be married to your computer. They are the only touting service whose selections move lines substantially shortly after release.

In my opinion, you can grind out a small profit by betting their selections immediately at their posted line and then bet the other side after the line movement (works best with Coll BB totals).

Other than that, I would recommend trying to bet "live" where you place your selections at adjusted lines as the game is progressing. That can be beat because the lines offered only take into account the score on the field and don't factor in momentum. IF you're able to place bets on an exchange where you're betting against other individuals, so much the better. However, if you don't know what you're doing, you'll lose money even faster betting "live" than you will betting pre-game.

There are no shortcuts and no secret systems that will propel you to sports betting profits.

Ok guys. I'm not giving up. I will start hitting picks, and it starts tonight.

Dallas -7 and -13 1/2 for a smaller amount.

Bucs look like a completely down and out team with not much to play for that has been dilapidated by injuries and tough losses. Bucs have one of the worst defenses in the NFL. Giving up 41 points to the Jags and getting blown out of the water at home by Carolina reinforces this. Cowboys seem to show up the most against the weaker teams on their schedule, pouring it on against the Bills and Rams earlier in the year. Cowboys will bounce back from two very tough losses and blow out this Bucs team.

Only play for 1pm games is Titans -6 1/2.

Chris Johnson will have a huge game against one of the worst run D's in the NFL. Titans is one of the hottest teams in the NFL, and have been playing hard with very legitimate playoff hopes. Was contemplating taking Titans at -6 with the extra juice, but I think they will win by 7-10.

Was thinking of taking Dolphins on the road against the Bills, but I am much more confident with this Titans pick. I have made picks I am less confident in, like the Dolphins pick last week, in the past just for the action, but that is no more.

Leaning hard on Lions pk with Suh returning. GL to everyone this Sunday.
