If people choose to tail me, that's their decision and not my problem if they lose money.
A 3-4 day with two games that came close to covering (especially Skins), isn't the worst day ever.
Relax buddy.

2-5 for the day. Yes, I know pretty shitty.
I've had a great few Sundays so I kinda expected this, and I will continue to make picks

I haven't looked at this thread before but you expected this?
You expect to go 2-5 or whatever you are?
And are okay with it because you've been on "fire" all year?

This week was poor capping by me, i must admit. I jumped on some early lines without giving it enough thought. Absolutely amateurish week for me.

I wasnt exactly expecting this. But i wasnt shocked that i had a poor week. I made a few picks that i didnt do enough research on, as opposed to my previous weeks that i was hitting because i was much more patient.
Not to make excuses but the skins and the packers both could have very well hit. And the falcons texans was close. Today was just a bad week for me that was made worse with tough breaks

Never fukkin heard of ya pal.
But since you're telling a guy who just went 2-5 or whatever to
"keep up the good work" than you're obviously an idiot. Hence, I'm glad I never heard of ya.
You and this OP vitocooch will make a great couple.

Vitocoochy, you should of quit while you were ahead. PT will eat you and your picks alive. That's just the way it goes here. Seen it a million times at SBR. You should've took your $137 from when you popped your cherry and quit while you were ahead instead of starting this thread advising other people as dumb as you to tail.
Now you're just another SBR tragedy. Dime a dozen pal around here. That's what you get for starting this conceited thread after one good day of wagering.

Taking Jags + 3 1/2 tonight.
I like how the Jags match up with the Chargers in this game. Jones Drew will give Chargers run defense, which ranks 25th in the NFL, much problems. Chargers run defense struggled especially last Sunday , when the Broncos ran for 208 yards. Establishing a run game early will give Jags the ability to slow down the game, win time of possession, and put added pressure on the Chargers offense to score touchdowns in a smaller period of time. Speaking of the offense, the inconsistent Chargers offense will be facing a fired up Jags defense, which ranks 3rd in the league in total yards, and 4th in the league in total yards allowed. Rivers leads the league in interceptions, and playing on the road against defense which plays very tough defense, especially at home, certainly will not help his cause.

they lost both their starting corners, half their line, and a starting backer in the past few weeks.

Facing an offense with a disheveled offensive line and the most interception-prone quarterback in the NFL helps the Jags cause.

Are you judging a quarterback based on his last 5 games, even though he has 95 game sample size (not even including playoffs) where he has played completely opposite of these last 5 games?
Obviously, his recent play is not the norm and he will begin regressing to his career averages. That is why you should not be surprised if Rivers has great final four games of the season. Plus, none of this even contemplates the fact that Rivers has dominated in December going 22-2 in his career.
Consequently, if you are comparing quarterbacks in this game, you would be ridiculous to want Gabbert over Rivers. Bottom line is SD is the better team and has more to play for. The Jags once solid defense is too injured and lost too much depth to withstand SD the whole game. I am on SD -3 and expect them to wear that Jags defense down and win by a touchdown. GL in the future.

No problem with posting picks bro, just don't come in telling people to tail you. I don't think anyone has a problem with you posting picks, it's just that you came in telling people they need to follow you ... just pick and let people decide what to do themselves.

In a terrible slump since making this thread, but here we go...
Pats -9 +105 (Courtesy of Trace)
Skins defense at home is tough but not good enough to contain an offense that is clicking on all cylinders. Grossman has had his ups and downs in the last few weeks. He will find moderate success against a below average Pats defense, but the Skins offense is not consistent enough to keep up with this explosive Pats offense, even at home. One of the only weapons on this Skins offense, Fred Davis, will not be playing. This will make Grossman's life even more difficult. Roy Helu is the Skins only chance of covering.
