I feel sorry for the owners AND members of this site when the Feds decide to do what they do

and trust me...just because the Feds are LETTING them exist right now...it only takes the word "GO" from a higher up to run in and take em down...which usually happens after a few months/years of them watching you...the Feds love to let people think they are operating untouched

they got no problem putting up a stiff page with ids...Im sure they wont have a problem turning over all acct info...this could be a messy situation...if someone didnt include their financial acitivites on their tax returns...CW will give them all that info faster than you can say 'degenerate'

I don't expect John to endorse them, if I were in his position I wouldn't either. As a player all I can say is they've paid me when I've won, and I've settled my losses as well.

Whether or not they crash and burn in the future is anybody's guess, but I don't think players have anything to worry about from a legal perspective. The onus would be on CW should they be based in an illegal jurisdiction, which I really have no idea if they are or aren't.

Im sure once someone is getting audited they will think back to the guy "crazylou" on SBR forum....and how he said they have nothing to worry about

first of all, when you sign up. you give them permission to post your info if you dont pay (unless the ID was stolen, then they have a problem)
secondly, you only have to worry about the IRS if you are positive for the year, I doubt many are!
The FBI doesnt care about catching the customers, it is not illegal to place a wager (just like when they bust bookies, they dont go after the people playing with them)

I think they are just not licenced, thats why they want to keep it a secret, they are trying to avoid taxes! And maybe when they go bust, no one will be able to find them, then they may be able to set up shop once again!
If they have lasted this long, I'm sure they are OK, many of the stiffs ahve already stiffed, they are getting better results now with the regulars!

promising tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, now I owe them and they will wait!

I was like you, I paid them over 1k the week before, then I requested 500, and had to wait, I was the last one to get my money after I paid them on time! Now I owe them and the shoe is on the other foot! They are on the bottom of my list to be paid! I will never play there again anyways, they let Richkas know all your account info without your permission!

FYI - I'm exactly even with CW, never received a payout and never got down more than $300. Doesn't matter to me one way or the other.

Having said that, I don't regard them as a top tier book, $100 limit wagers? Lines nothing special at all.

I'll continue to play at Pinnacle and other legit "A" books.
