Part of the battle in gambling is to follow your common sense. Kind of like avoiding road favorites on the opening day of NCAA football.

It reminds me of the whoopla when BetESPN.com came out. They were out of reach from big brother for a while but they finally got them. Betting into creditwagering.com is like betting with BetFBI.com. Listen to your common sense.

That would be, Entrapment.com, John. No way FBI is involved in this. It is legal to lay wagers in the majority of the states. And with Creditwagering, on numerous occasions, claiming they are in Costa Rica....no way that is FBI. The FBI would be fvcked just by that.

Its very simple. If the FBI were to give out free drugs to addicts and then try to bust them when they take it....that is ENTRAPMENT. Same applies here. Even more, you can lay a wager off shore legally, and Credit Wagering has claimed they are in Costa Rica, if it comes to light, that it is the FBI and they are in the US....again...ENTRAPMENT.

If the FBI were running a scam op they would go after people betting more than $100 maximum.

If they try to bust you for gambling yes it is entrapment, if they used the info to give to the IRS to audit you thats fair game that being said highly doubt they are involved with the authorities in anyway, more likely scenario is they get busted if they are in the US which I doubt they are but they could be and then the FEDS could get your records and that is not entrapment

Agreed- the FBI comparisons are silly.

I wonder if all this uproar would be caused if this were just a new post up book.

I didn’t mean it literally. The point is big brother will not allow this type of business. Just as they wont allow loansharks.com or prostitutes.com to operate freely. I wish I was wrong but it just takes one complaint from a US citizen that has their pic posted on their stiff list to complain.

Ok enough jokes guys, CW is not the FBI, they are just normal bookies that have a wide open audience to attract without having to pay a nickel in advertising, if their idea works awesome, if it doesn't I guess they'll close up shop, either way risk is minimized by it being a rec. credit book rather than a post up book, would have to assume the worst they could do is screw some1 out of a dime of winnings

I kind of just think the wait and see approach is better. If someone wants to not play there and watch how things play out, I can totally understand that. I decided to try it out myself though, and have been paid out anytime I've been up. So feedback is positive on my end as a player.

Will other books, watchdog sites etc dislike this book, probably. But that's just because they are the new kid on the block so to speak, rival credit outfits don't like a competitor, and none of the promotion sites are going to vouch for a brand new shop until enough time passes or they connect with each other.

Still though, I don't know how people are so decided in their negative feedback at this point, the books been open what 5 or 6 months and hasn't stiffed anyone that we've heard about. If they're open this time next year, will they be seen in a better light? Nobody has to post up 10 dimes there, but as a credit out that has a debit card they're pretty good in my eyes.

It's the actual customers of CW that are it's biggest defenders, I like everyone else was highly skeptical be4 giving them a try, now I think they are the best book out there for me for MLB season b/c I dont really want to bet more than 50 or a 100 on any baseball game anyway and they offer free instant once a week payouts via debit card, what more can you ask for?

I am sure this has happened. I would imagine that is highly illegal to do. I am not sure though.

Advertising that contest in USA may ultimately be the straw that broke the camels back. For an operation trying to stay under the radar, that won't share the most basic info with SBR, sure is strange to drop advertising on USA Today.

Eventually, somone is going to tip the Feds. It might be one of the housewives whose photo winds up on the stiff page after her husband jacked her info to play. If your playing there and winning, might be a good idea to take SBRJohns advice and claim it on your taxes this year because eventually the database with everyones info is going to wind up in the hands of the proper authorities. Might be a year, might be three years, eventually they will fall if they don't relocate offshore.
