Of course this is all a joke but can you imagine if someone was really serious about trying to do this? You could cause yourself some serious damage and major health problems could ensue. This would be the last thing that would ever come to my mind. Having a good Dentist is needed along with other Doctor's in your life. I take full advantage of going to him whenever I have dental issues, and when I had my Wisdom teeth taken, it was a miserable experience...Taking care of your teeth is very important.... you can get major infections in your gums that can reach the rest of your body... hard to do but it can happen, deaths have been caused from infections that have started with neglected teeth,gum infections etc etc.המוסד

The reason wisdom teeth are hard to pull out is they have deep roots. The roots go in you gums, which are in your head. The gums are full of nerves. You can do some serious damage to nerves in your head. That can leave your face paralyzed or worse.
Put them on your CC and then declare bankruptcy, but for fukk's sake, don't pull out your wisdom teeth on your own.Comment -

NEVER EVER DO THIS PLEASEEE. I myself am in the dental profession. You could actually bleed to death from such a procedure in the clinic yet alone at home.
1. Do you know if you have any bleeding problems
2. What is your INR level i.e do you take warfarin
3. Have you had radiographs taken
4. Has any root been resorbed or is it firmly attached to the alveolus
5. Is you second molar being affected by your wisdom tooth?
6. How long have you had this pain for? if any.
7. Have you got an oppsing wisom tooth erupting? Extraction of this tooth may lead to over-eruption of a similar tooth in occlusion in the opposite arch
8. U FKN NEED ANAESTHETIC FOOL
9. Can you even afford pain-killers
10. Do you have sterile equipment?Comment -

Take a BB pistol and shoot several times at the bottom of the wisdom tooth while looking at a mirror until the tooth loosens up and then extract it with pliers. Consuming alcohol while doing this is highly recommended but is not necessary.Comment -

my only other suggestion because I know they will do it for free is this
Scrape up enough $ to get a southwest flight to Philadelphia
Have Bobby pick you up at the airport
Have him drive you over to University City section of Philadelphia
get over to Race Street
There you will find the emergency entrance to the dental clinic
tell them you are in agony
they will look and say you need your wisdom teeth pulled
and direct you upstairs to the oral surgeon
They will schedule appointment to remove them the next day
Have Bobby drive you down to AC for the night

come back to Philadelphia in the morning and get free surgery
