I only of one player that is pretty close to that number,

    Detroits Pistons Lindsey Hunter 2pt FG% is 38 Percent and 3pt FG% is 36%.

Anybody that is as close to that from former NBA players or current players???

If I'm not mistaken I have seen a few this year that have higher 3pt percent than 2 point percent. Let me look into it.

Tyron Lue, Anthony Johnson (Sac), James Jones (Port), Peja, Daniel Gibson, Matt Carroll, Quinton Ross, Bruce Bowen, Juan Dixon, Damon Jones. They all shot better from 3 point land. I didn't include the ones that played less than about 50 games.

                    Or are you talking career?

Steve Kerr shot 56% one season from downtown, and I know he has never been a 50% FG shooter from the field anytime during his career.
