Maybe I'm alone on this, but I don't like the layout of the site at all. All of the markets are in 1 narrow column on the left which takes up less than half the width of the screen, and the entire right half of the screen is empty under Open Orders and Filled Orders. In my opinon, open orders and filled orders can be put on a different screen, and then you can use the whole screen for showing markets. As it is now, more than half the screen is wasted.

I know I'm being a little picky and I might just need to get used to the layout, but I am hoping to offer suggestions to improve your product, and I think that's what this testing is for.

I also can't seem to find my graded wagers. Am i missing something obvious, but I can't find a history of my wagers from today.

Sorry about that ... I was just cleaning up the database to flush out the remnants of my earlier error and some script must have just caught it in an intermediate state.

Beta test!

Anyway ... all correct now.

I'll double step on getting the wafer history viewer up and running.

The data's all there I just need to format it properly.

do exchange give you the ability to remove a offer without you having to be present to remove it. for example, is there an option when making an offer at say -3 -105 for Game A to take the offer off the board if the market betting line moves to whatever you want -3 -111 or -3.5 -105? wouldn't this make an improvement to the liquidity issue i read about in these thread since people are afraid to make early offers for fear the market moves against them.

Good good good. I think what you might be saying is that there needs to be a better navigation system place ... where players can quickly view the available markets without needing to traverse the accordions. Would that be accurate?

I totally do get your point, but I wonder if you realize that the various accordions can be dragged ad dropped around the screen. They can all be reordered vertically, and with a wide enough screen, horizontally into 2 or 3 columns.

So what you could do would be spread out your market panels horizontally across and just keep the open orders and fills panels closed at the bottom of the screen, for example.

Now that said the drag and drop system is probably still a bit clunky. For one, there's currently no way to save your layout from session to session and for another you might be dragging around a huge market panel with lots of games when you actually only care about one. Anyway ... this will be improved with time.

Everyone's bankroll was just reset to $10,000 and then the individual fill P&L's reapplied so everything should be synced back up again.

You know how you can select your games-in-progress at covers and see them all, different sports and leagues, on one page? Could work well here too.

We're gonna have some bumps in the road but it's our goal to develop the first open market for sports trading based on recommendations and input from our members. This is part 1 in a series of contests with SBR that will allow us to do this. By taking what we learn from these beta contests and implementing those recommendations from our members we feel we can build an exchange like no other. Agree with all the above in terms of funding and it's in the works but for the sake of this beta contest let's focus on the software. Everything else will come into place by football.
