Same here they had first sent the money to my Green Dot card but Green Dot rejected the funds cause it came in as a refund which was weird so anyways Matchbook reversed it and it went back to them and here I am still waiting for the other method that I requested but nothing doing so far.

I requested my **** on 2/28, the morning after they cut off the US, and received it on 3/16.

I had no issues and was given updates via e-mail and live chat the whole way. Went about as smoothly as I could have hoped for.

For anyone experiencing delays/issues, I suggest keeping in contact with MB support as they seemed perfectly willing to answer my questions and give me updates.

Amazing so they are paying other customers just not all US customers in a timely manner. If you are dealing with this company beware. You maybe next. Why would you think that just cause your not in the US you will get paid if this happens again. If you have a large account be scared. Be very scared. Ask yourself could this company do this to you? Why would they not do this to you if they have done it to others?

Great start for the new owners too have their old customers continously have to beg to get their money back.

I have a friend who is due over $10,000 from Matchbook. He has received no correspondence since the initial e-mail and is getting very nervous.

It is amazing that this company can be so unprofessional.

bw hit my account this morning(finally), it was 28 dollars short. i just emailed them about that but i doubt very highly i will get that.

it sems in the past when i get a bw sometimes its off by a little like that, sometimes its not. and sometimes the book will apologize and sometimes they will blame it on an intermieddiary bank.

but overall i find it acceptable getting my money by now. im sure it wasnt easy paying all US customers. i still cannot understand the value in buying the matchbook brand and shutting off US customers. why not just start an exchange on your own? is the software that hard to build?? grrrrrrrrrrrr still bitter here

Matchbook has more than a few players in its payouts queue that are being processed, but they are cooperating with SBR and responsive to players, so everything should hopefully be sorted in April.

get c.a.shier.s ch..eck by carrier. this is the best method for everyone when getting paid offshore, they come quick enough, banks hold them for a longer time unless you have the money to cover them, its what you deal with offshore.

Use the live chat on the site during normal business hours...I was able to talk to someone within a couple of minutes who looked into my account and gave me an update.

Its short cause your bank probably charged a fee for the wire to come in, most of the time its standard for international wires.

Bankwires that go through an intermediate bank often get charged a fee on the way.

Usually a book will cover this. In this case, I doubt MB does...

I received a check for $x,xxx in mid March that I requested in Feb. I received the remaining high xxx left in my account on 3/28 credited to my CC, requested on 3/03. I now have 100% of my funds from Match.
