That just looks like a steal to me and I cant figure out why they are getting more than a touchdown. With that offense, even if they are down they can score quick. Is this a trap? Am I missing something?

It's a tough call...Who would of thought that the Texans would of been getting points in this game, when the season began. Texans haven't been playing up to expectations, they won there 1 big game against the Colts, and that seemed to be all they cared about.

Probably just sit back and enjoy watching Vick tomorrow, maybe a in game bet if Philly scores first take the Texans +14ish

Short week, trvaveling half way across the country, bad defense, late in the year, Philly pissed after losing to da Bears.

Not saying the Texans can't cover, just not a slam dunk, IMO...

I don't know. This can go either way, if Houston comes out pumped they can play tough, but man, I have a really hard time betting against the Eagles right now.

I'm going with the over big time...it may lose but I've watched both teams closely all year. Can't imagine this game going under.

eagles are a different team at home, look at the giant game, if it was at houston, it would be different,

Houston's d is terrible and probaly can't stop anyone. Eagles can at least stop houston a little. I do like eagles to win but not sure about cover. Just depends if any cheap late td

I like the Texans to cover this week. I like the Eagles to win, however, I think it's going to be a close game. The Texans offense has covered 8.5 against the Jets in NY and against San Diego, which are two of the best defenses in the league.

why? they are overvalued now because of the Washington game. Lucky to cover against the Giants and got owned against the Bears

under and houston teaser I think is a nice bet. houston can win this outright, but a 14 pt loss is not unreasonable.

8 Points seems light if I'm going to play the Texans. 10, I'm in. Philly has a MAJOR distraction in house now with Desean, making this game highly uncertain versus a team playing for it's life (the Texans).
I don't even like the ML enough on Philly or the Texans to make a play. It's razor sharp right in the 'f u' spot books find with, IMO, strong lines. If anything, I kinda like the Texans on the ML on a value play if it gets to +400 or close to that... But I'm asking for a lot.
Seems like Texans+over tease is a decent play.

Texans are just a godawful team

if they give up 31 points to guys like David Garrard and Mark Sanchez, Mike Vick will go for 40 points and 400+ yards by himself

Houston straight up. Best ML value on the board along with Dallas and Washington. The Texans' last three losses have been by a touchdown or less (including against the Chargers and the Jets) and this team has good talent across the board. Enough talent to kick ass when they get it in gear and they shut out the Titans last week. Their playoff lives are on the line Thursday night and I expect them to come out very physically against the Eagles, who were exposed just a bit by the Bears.

I don't think the Eagles realize what's coming to town and they'll be standing on the sidelines in silence when the Texans squeak out this victory.

they shutout the titans?? they faced Rusty Smith, the worst QB in the history of pro football

this is far and away the worst defense in the league...the only way they will cover the spread is if it's a 45-38 type score

If the Texans hold to form, they might win out right. It seems like they get hot every year after they have their quarter of the year swoon.

Redskins defense was poor and so are the Texans defense. But the Texans seem to be a bit stronger on the run defense than the Redskins.

It could be a 3 point game.

this is far and away the worst defense in the league...
It doesn't really matter that they faced Rusty Smith when they shut out the Titans. It matters that they have the 10th best rushing defense in the NFL. You are a complete moron if you think they have "far and away the worst defense in the league." I mean, I can't really find the right words for how stupid you are if you think that. Maybe I will come up with those words after the Texans cover the spread.

Oh, and besides "the worst defense in the league," the Texans also have the 7th best rushing offense in the league. And the 15th best passing offense.

So hold on to your skeezy balls, brahmabull, cuz the Texans are about to rodeo your ass into the mud.

For as badly as the Eagles played against the Bears, they STILL only lost by 5, that game was an abberration, Asanti Samuel should play at least some of the game which was the missing piece last week.

Reid "ripped" into this team last week, he rarely does that, because past Eagle teams were full of veterans (McNab, Westbrook, Dawkins) now its full of "kids" who needed to be put straight.

I have no doubt the Texans put up some points here, Im not sure they dont cover the spread some how, maybe a backdoor late field goal or something, but there's no way the win this game outright.

The Eagles know they have to stay in the drivers seat for a playoff spot because its quite possible a 10-6 team doesnt get in the NFC playoffs this year, they're tied with the giants having an edge due to a head to head win and they're not going to slip down into the wildcard teams with so many big games on their schedule (cowboys twice, Giants once more)

I took the Eagles and the over teased as soon as the line came out
