    Lock of the Year #2 Steelers -1
    The oddsmakers have thrown us a gift on this one. The bucs are not a good team. They are 2-0 after winning against cupcakes like carolina and cleveland. The steelers on the other hand have beat 2 contenders in the falcons and titans. The line is low because of the steelers QB situation and the fact that the bucs are 2-0 and are at home in week 3. Honestly it doesn't matter who the QB is for the steelers. The steelers win winning football games on defense. Charlie Batch is expected to start for the steelers. For those that don't know, batch is fully capable of putting up points.. He knows the steelers offense well. The steelers are a pound the football team so he's not gonna have to do a whole lot throwing the ball. I expect the steelers defense to put up points and i'm not even sure the tampa bay bucs will score any points in this game. The steelers forced 7 turnovers on the titans last week and that was the titans and this is the bucs we're talking about. Add to that he steelers defense held the falcons to only 6 points in week 1 and the falcons put up 40+ in week 2.. I think the bucs will be lucky if they even get 2 field goals in this game, i don't see any TD's for the bucs.. Take the gift that keeps on giving and thank me later. GL

                          It does but didn't the texans seem too easy last week? Look what happened, sure the texans had to come back big time but they got the win that's all that matters. Sometimes you gotta throw "seems to easy" out the window and use common sense. These sportsbooks want you to second guess yourself, they love it

                                      Steelers haven't allowed a TD for 118 minutes of the 120 minutes they played. They also haven't scored a touchdown with offense or defense. So we have a veteran very good defense and a bad offense facing a young team over-achieving.

                                              That's what THEY want you to think. Use common sense. Put ur money a team like the steelers who have the best defense in the league, baltimore is a very close second. Polamalu gives QB's nightmares before and after the game. Wouldn't doubt if he get's a pick 6 or at least a pick. Buc's will be lucky if they even score points, but even if they do steelers will win this game.

                                                                      LOL at having 2 locks of the year... in back to back weeks nonetheless. And you were given a GIFT winning your 1st lock. The Texans were definitely the wrong side of that game.

                                                                      With that being said... I think this is a great spot for Tampa Bay and a terrible spot for Pittsburgh, and I will have a small play on Tampa Bay this week.

                                                                                              I don't know dude, I'm not being hyperbolic, but I think I know this Steeler team better than most people. I've taken them on the moneyline Weeks 1 & 2, but the best bet here would be to take the 1st-half under.

                                                                                              The pattern recognition coached-up by Mr. LeBeau takes a while for any QB to decipher when everything appears to be wrapped-up in a cover-3 shell.

                                                                                              I'll have a write-up on this game later on, but, point being: Be weary of this match-up. I can see that this is a sharp line considering how drudgingly bad this offensive attack could be with Bruce Arians taking orders to keep it safe for the defense, and forever who's behind center.

                                                                                                      The Steelers are probably a little overrated at the moment... I think the oddsmakers think TB is a decent team that can be a team with no qb.

                                                                                                          I wouldn't say lock 2 over achieving teams by far , steelers offense will struggle mendenhall I think is overated bucs young defense should contain steelers offense rhonde barber and Aqib Talib will contain ward and wallace , wallace is just a deep threat with no qb he should be effective maybe the bucs make a couple plays from there special teams and josh freeman makes a couple plays also there home should help i would take the bucs

                                                                                                                                  Since I've joined this forum every time "LOCK" is used the team doesn't cover. Hawaii +14 was suppose to be a LOCK at Colorado, they looked good then in the 2nd half Hawaii collapsed. Anything can happen.

Both are 2-0 are don't belong there. Pittsburgh defense is way too good for Freeman. Even if the offense does nothing the defense will produce points. I'm on Pittsburgh big time
