I just don't see how anyone could think we have a good amount of respectable players. Our team is full of replacement level players starting...Ankiel, Melky, Conrad, McLouth etc. I love the guys to death, but with the exception of Brooksy, they're terrible.

I see Braves are +140 for first game. Keep in mind Lowe beat Giants twice this season already on two starts. And Lincecum never pitched in the post season.

Why all the Giant love? Tiny Tim ant what he was last year Cain and Sanchez are good but this rotation is not better than the Braves and both teams can't hit for shat. Looks very even to me.

Braves are still alive. What a HR by Rick Ankiel. That was an absolute bomb in the water. It was worth staying up to see a great baseball game. Now on to NCAAF on Saturday!

Was seriously considering flying down for games 3 and 4, but decided I'll just hope we get to the NLCS and drive down for a couple games against Philly.

I would say now that the Braves are the favorites to win this thing. With home field in their favor and Hudson waiting. In the matter of 2 hours time they went from dead to favorites. One of the things that makes baseball so great.

The biggest advantage Braves have now is that they got into the head of Giants closer by hitting him hard. So it puts too much pressure on the rest of the team knowing the starters have to go deep to win games. Braves bullpen hasen't given up any runs.
