I am still finding problems on the scoreboard areas in sbr odds Just tried to access CFL, NHL and NFL weekly links to get past closing lines etc and NFL week 2 (no info available) and NHL & CFL (numerous past weekly data also states (no info available)

My user account is still not fixed.

To recap:
I called out SBR for hiding a dissenting post.
I called out SBRJohn for dismissing the actions.
Suddenly my SBR account started experiencing timing out issues and my search option was disabled. It only happens when I am signed in under my username, on any pc, from any ip. I sign out, no issues. Other people sign in, no issues. Only happens when I sign in.
Obviously it was a sanction issued by SBRJohn.
Obviously he's a petty coward for not admitting it.
I was first dismissed and told it was a developer error. ?
Then it was a technical error?
Funny, it only happens to people that SBRJohn has run-ins with...

Please do the right thing and rectify my problem. Soft-censoring posters is shady! Of course you wouldn't be worried about being called out if you weren't acting shady to begin with.

Why is it that when I try to search I get a vBulletin message that "Searching has been disabled."

Why does casually browsing from one page to another take minutes to process? often ending up with the page timing out or a vBulletin message that "The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later."?

Live odds has been taking forever to load and sometimes doesnt even load for me, just started about a week ago. The page brings up all the banners and books, just doesnt load the odds. Using IE, and everything is cleared.

Tonight while making posts in Players Talk and NFL Handicapping forums, I will check the "my posts" link under my sign in name to see if I have respones in threads I've posted in, but those threads I just commented in are not appearing in the list of threads. I only see old threads that I have commented on, maybe earlier today or yesterday. The threads I just posted in are not there.

I am having trouble making picks in any of the SBR Contests. After a few seconds on the page, my hard drive goes crazy and I have to ctrl alt del to get out of it. It completely crashes my browser (Firefox). I tried it on another computer with IE and the same thing happened. This also happened to me a few months ago and you all were able to fix it on your end. Any help would be appreciated!

why does it seem to be a hard thing to get the subscriptions to threads to work? i have 1 thread that i subscribed to a while back and i get emails when something is posted in that thread. just recently i subscribed to 2 more threads and am getting no emails. i chatted with sam and he said something about my settings weren't set up right to receive emails. well now every thread i post in it auto subscribes me and i get the emails. all the while the 2 i manually subscribed to, im still not getting emails.

This is the 1st error report we've fielded of this kind. Our tech is taking a look at the issue.

Those links are short lived links, when you search somebody's posts, it fetches the results and caches it. (Thats why there is an ID in the url after you click their post link.) I think you are visiting old cached urls, or you are clicking on a users "posts" link, then revisiting it after a while.

If you go to their post url http://forum.sbrforum.com/search/blackbeSSt/posts ; that link will never expire, and the second page link (or "next") will work.

That beign said, this "feature" is under review. We will consider adjusting the cache expiration longer so that people will not often hit the expiration time to live for that link.

Perhaps you clicked on the link, then you are refreshing the new page that popped up. If you refresh the page, it will not show new posts because it is cached. However if you click the link again after you make a post it will pull fresh results showing the new posts.

Looks like I found a bug on the SBR book, that uses a wrong number to check if the bet limit is exceeded. In a college hoops moneyline -200 (bet limit 500), the player should be able to place a bet risking 1000 to win 500, and if he does in one bet it is accepted. However, let's say he risks 400 to win 200. Later he wants to bet more on the same line, and tries to risk 600 to win 300, which should be allowed. However, the system says "Limit exceeded, max bet 500". I tried risking less and less, and it took only a 200 to win 100. So, I guess that the computation is using the "risk" instead of the "lower of risk/to win" of the previous bet to check if it is below the limit.
