you guys know there is an ignore option right?

right below the 'view all signup bonuses' near the top you will see settings below your PM inbox. go into that and on the left is the 'edit ignore list'. type in user name and POOF! ignored

In my "box" where it shows inbox, sbr store, sbrbook etc.

under "sbrbook" it normally shows my balance and such in the sbr book but its just completely blank.

Thanks, we updated the sportsbook and had to transfer that over from the old one.

Having the same problem as the two people up above. I can't transfer my points the sportsbook. Plus my points aren't even showing up on the sportsbook. Just the ones that i have in there, not the total amount.

when i click on my contests, it takes me there but i am not logged in there. i then try to log in and it takes me to a login for sbrnetwork. try to login on that and it just brings me back to the login for sbrnetwork again.

Hey Kaabee,

You will need to reset your forum PW. Then log into SBR Contests and you should be fine, we see this happen occasionally where a user will need to resynchronize his account.

I tried to transfer points from wallet to sportsbook, but wasn't able to.
I believe i tried few times. now i have -670 points in my wallet.

Thanks guys, there was a mySBR change that caused some transfers not to be processed normally. Your points have been returned. Let me know if there are any other problems.

Went to the SBR Book, the text for the Racebook tab isn't showing up. It's just a blank space. Once I click on the button it does appear though.

Live chat is not down, we have 3 operators online. Are you finding a dead link somewhere?

The racebook is having feed errors. It is leaving bets up well after past-time preventing the wagers from being graded. We are working hard with the software supplier to correct the issues. In the meantime you can also send a PM to RichardMoss, Rod_M, or come onto live chat to have a stake returned faster.
