I am looking for Weeks' 2,3, & 4 on the SBR odds NFL scoreboard for past results. States no information available. Also CFL numerous past weekly data also states (no info available)

Hi Meestermike,

We had this problem right before the beginning of the NFL season. I believe it was fixed before the season started. Can you try to clear the cache on your browser or just hit CTRL + F5 maybe your browser has a cached version from a month or so ago.

If this doesn't fix your problem could you please send me a screenshot and information about what browser you're using etc so that i can investigate this issue further.

That thing to the left of threads that turns yellow when you make a post in that specific thread and tells you how many posts you have in that thread when you put your mouse over it...a lot of times it never loads and it is just a blank box (only where the yellow ones would be). Not a big deal or anything, but just pointing it out.

1. we need an option to back date the spreadsheet. also would be nice to have a separate "book" to create a second spreadsheet.

Looks like I found the culprit. For some reason, some contest fees are listed in parentheses. They substract correctly from the points total, but in the points search function they are not counted. I had to cut and paste all my transactions into a spreadsheet to find this bug

Can you give me an example of what you type in that should return results but doesn't? One of us can look at it here and see if there is an easy fix.

Here is an example. The fees in parentheses are not counted by the search function. It is only adding the ones without parentheses (thus only -45)

Ah ok I understand now. Let me see if I can explain the way it works.

When you join a contest on SBRPicks that has an entry fee it creates a point transaction with a status of "pending". Any point transaction that is pending is not yet deducted from your point balance however you cannot spend the points somewhere else. There is an available point balance and an "at risk" balance. Pending transactions can be identified by the ( ) around the numbers.

Once the contest is complete it finalizes all the transactions and re-distributes the points into the winners accounts. So once the contests are over you should see the balance be adjusted.

If a contest never starts and is disabled by one of the administrators all the points deposited into the contest are refunded back to the members.

I won that contest, and when getting the prize the message was: Prize for contest: http://contests.sbrforum.com/mlb-3-s...-contest-1592/ System is not able to pay automatically in the desired scheme. So, I guess it has to change the pending to definitive status.

Yes you're probably correct. Right now if lou pays out the contest manually it doesn't charge anyone for the entry fee points

ok when i got to the very top under "my sbr" the spreadsheet works. but when i go to the spreadsheet on the toolbar (if you wanna call it that) under "my contests" and above "lottery" it just comes up and says "Error Occurred"

The point rake transaction system accounts for points sent and received on an accumulative basis, not necessarily just per individual transaction.

Our system requires a minimum amount of words in your post to count as a post worthy of points for the day. Also, our system does not recognize a difference between a mobile browser or desktop browser as far as point awards is concerned.

Ok . Never thought it might be due to length of the post. My mobile posts are sometimes pretty short because I hate typing on this thing. Thanks for clearing that up.

For the last week, I have had the "1 pending" marker on my SBR contest page saying I have one pending invitation/challenge, but when I click it, nothing is there.

For the last two days I haven't been able to see any live lines for NHL. I see them for the other sports, just not hockey. I usually only check the lines around 9am CST, as I have done today.

Hi sorry, I guess we've been a little slow getting them up in the morning. Should be able to automate the process pretty easily let me see what I can do. I just added the games for today, let me know if you continue to have problems.
