While most requests might seem simple enough, some which aren't bugs are added to a list of things that would be good or sensible upgrades. With other products including SBRpoker being worked on daily, it can be tough to get some of the smaller things like adding a new tab to a dropdown completed.

when i go into the sportsbook and click live help its asks for my name, email and question, after i type it all in, i get that error message.. i just tried it on sbrpicks and it seems to work there, but of course no one was there.

I was playing Five-Reel Fruity Fortune slots and while it was spinning I selected more lines. It froze, didn't complete the spin, and now won't let me spin. When I press spin it does still make the noise.

The expiration day on the SBR promo stores does not correspond with the expired label. Say, the offer expires 1-Jan, it should mean that you can still can get it during the 1-Jan. But in 31-Dec the clock starts counting down, and at 0:00 hrs of 1-Jan it shows "expired".

This worked for a little while and I entered a new contest, but then it stopped working fully. For example The Prick contest is not listed. Going on the 3rd day now...

This is a good point. We should have more default leagues in the spreadsheet, but for anything not listed like a Rugby, tennis etc you can just type in the sport name for now.

Thanks for reporting this. Unfortunately because of the way the current SBROdds is designed we do not use rotations to match up the lines with an event. We have to rely on the names the sportsbooks send us in the feeds. The problem is that the names they send us can change from week to week and we have to resolve them manually, which means that sometimes the lines we receive do not show up until we match up the names. We're working on some things to speed up this process so that the lines can be available as soon as the book has them listed.
