You provide your account # in the application form, same as you would when placing an SBR Store order, and the sponsor will verify.

For example, I've deposited well over $200 in bookmaker in the past but my balance is $0 now. I've also deposited into Bodog out of the books that are listed. Do I qualify or no?

No, this is spelled out in the SBR Pro Application.

The $200 must be present in your sportsbook account at the time you submit this form in order to be eligible for the SBR Pro upgrade.

Up to 2 business days that's correct, in some cases it will be quicker. It's not an automated process but over 95% of all store orders for FP/Cash have been completed in this time-frame.

So I am screwed because I just use Heritage and they are not on the list. Lou you can verify that I keep a good balance with them 365 days a year, I am never at zero.
