I can understand if someone has a problem with Blackie personally. Be it they don't appreciate the fact that he fights back, once threatened to reveal personal information about someone identity to guys in Vegas (in ALL likelihood an idle threat but one that shouldn't be leveled) or the fact that he has chosesn to take his success with his brand and reward posters here at SBR with promotions, trips and cash and this is viewed by some as BUYING players.

JUst take personal opinions about Blackie out of the picture and focus on the book itself.

The ONLY reported disputes thus far have been where a player failed to associate themselves or fully understand the POSTED RULES (important factor from a legal perspective) of a particular situation. Now before you go off and say "the rules aren't good business, or they are unfair, or they make this just another Mickey Mouse opperation" they ARE the rules and they ARE the rules players aware or unaware aggreed to upon signing up.

Now I agree that freedom of expression should be allowed but at what cost to a business' reputation? NOT BLACKIE, forget about Blackie for a second and focus on RebateWager. What wrong has RebateWager done in either situation? From what we have read it's pretty much, nothing.

I am trying to put you in the position of an arbitrator, where you have the obligation to look at a given situation from an UNBIASED perspective.

You don't have to like or respect Blackie but false accusations and damaging opinions about RebateWager are taking it too far. It tends to leave some thinking that in many of these cases and with annonymity being what it is and all on the internet that some of these guys could in fact work for rival books and are paid to slander a certain book. Wouldn't be unheard of or even that creative to do.

The enormous length of some of these threads and the MUNDANE sometimes ASININE arguments that take place in these threads often make following them difficult even futile but if you actually read through them much light can be shed on the subject.
