There is a difference between not currently playing offshore and never having played offshore. I played entirely offshore until 2007. In fact, I could show you a letter of me getting stiffed by BoS.

All advantage players have a "history with books". This happens because scummy costa rican bookmakers don't like it when they loose money to people obviously smarter than them (it doesn't take much). So, they take shots at the players. There are no consequences, expect perhaps some negative posts on sbr and other forums. Though all publicity is good publicity, right Blackie?

rebate wager is a very unique book. cash rebates on losses, can only make payouts on monday and tuesday, etc. just recently i requested a payout yesterday around noon and it was on my ******** card in 20 minutes. i was impressed.

my advice for all the posters, read all the rules before you deposit. RW has some interesting rules, many of those rules benefit the player a lot. but just be aware of the company's policy. this goes for any purchase, investment, deposit.

here is another analogy, when you are buying a new car from the dealership, you would read every fukin sentence of the warranty, loan agreement, all the specs on the car, etc. we should take the same diligence of knowing all this valuable information when depositing at sportsbooks. i have a piece of paper on my desk at home that has rules and phone numbers and limits and payout policies for about 10 offshore books.

              guys, just stay informed

You make it sound like they are a huge corporation with publicly traded shares.

RW is not a "company" its the name an American bookie uses for his bookmaking operation in Costa Rica - he will do what is best for him, not his players, as long as he has plenty of fish he will stick around. Should he get beat you should expect the rebate program to regress to nothing and payouts to cease.

Remember, bookies operate in Costa Rica because there are not many/any regulations in place that will protect the players and their funds.

Those that live in free countries shouldn't play with most Costa Rican books -stick with the Aussies.

So you agree he has tried to pull this stunt before

I doubt any advantage player has more money than any bookmaker so I would give an edge to the bookmakers.

If what you say is true Durito you and all your advantage players should open up a sportsbook .

Think of all the money you would make

It was obvious what the player was trying to do as much as MonkeyFlapper was trying to make everyone think he lost money by leaving out all the facts.

I can go to the usa and visit my family any time I want. I can move back there and live.

Most Costa Rican bookmakers are stuck there for life. Come to the US, go to jail (or as Mikey from BFC found out, come anywhere close to the US).

There is obviously a big difference between betting and bookmaking. They really aren't even the same skill set. The type of work MF does is exponentially more difficult than the type of work Blackie's linesmakers do. Sure he makes way more money, he owns the book after all. He also has to hide out from the US gov't. Not really something I'm interested in.
