1. The player in question was directed to the rules on our site and made aware of these prior to posting this thread on the forum.

2. He never complained when we reimbursed his fees on all his deposits. He neve complained when we gave him 25% cash back on his losses.

3. He choose to complain as to avoid following the rules.

Payout guarantee links right to the rules on our withdrawals page nothing misleading about that.

Blackie is right that it states on there the rules. I think the rule is stupid too, but a rule is a rule. And they probably shouldn't say one day payouts...because if you want to cash on Wednesday, it's going to be a 6 day payout.

There are no winners in this entire thread.

Player made the mistake and has to wait for his money cause he didn't read the rules. In a sense he loses.
Rebate Wager rules official was less than friendly in his explination of the facts.
Blackie, offended and efending his property came off harsh and abbrassive to posters.
Posters who have individual opinions as to what a book SHOULD be in THEIR eyes don't take into consideration that it's NOT their business to run.

This is why there are plenty of options out there for everyone to choose from. What might be a benefit to some may be an obstical to another. I don't understand why (and this happens even before Blackie enters the picture here and in other threads) we can't keep the bias out of the equations. If this book or any other book is guilty of actual wrong doing then they deserve to get all the bad publicity they deserve but if this book or any other book just doesn't fit your specific criteria then at least offer it as an opinion and not state it as fact.

I'm not defending anything or anyone just trying to explain that both sides of this situation should evaluate how they deal with people.

Probably not a book you want to use, with JJ and Fishhead constantly saying how great rebatewager is, you can tell something is not right. On top of that the owner comes off as a dick..many other good choices out there.
