thats not how futures work though! gotta bet before the series start to get the best value usually on who you think will win, unless of course the team you think will win loses game one then you can get better value taking a future before game two but not recommended because game one is usually the easier game to take one from the favorite, not game two

Lakers will watch Magic game 4/5 and see the vulnerability of the celtics, get them to take jumpers, plus frustrate them by driving and drawing fouls, let Perkins miss a game with 7 techs, which is bound to happen knowing him.

I really cannot see Lakers winning more than 2. Kobe's older since last time they faced in playoffs as well as Rondo emerging as a star and a leader. Pau was there last time they faced and I don't think the overrated defender Artest or the injured Bynum will make a difference.

I am really surprised the Celtics aren't the favorites considering the last time they faced in the Finals and how they manhandled the til Game 4.

yeah pretty tough matchup....i think the celtics are going to win.. but its not like i am crazy confident... either way i can't wait for this series, its going to be crazy.... rondo will be the decision maker for celtics... if he plays like he can play then lakers are gonna have a tough time but lakers have some dude named KOBE lol.... difference maker for lakers could be how many minutes bynum plays, because he played great minutes against celtics this year...
