Perhaps this was discussed earlier but is there a way to have your SBR login removed so as not to be part of the forum? On top of that, what about removing your internet access altogether from home? I realize it sounds like many of your freedoms are being taken away but I think it at least proves to yourself that your making a concerted effort which you've already shown to a certain extent. Addication is not an easy thing to overcome.

I have lost my last 4 sport bets, ($100-$400 bets which is big for me on sports) I have lost my last 6 poker sessions. (-$800, -$100, -$1700, -$400, -$300, -$700). At one point I thought i was a good poker player, so much for that. I have a $9 an hour job, no education and i just blew through my $5000 in savings that took a couple years to build. I am an idiot Why do I post this thread? I don't know

im actually on the other side of that im white fkn hot right now. i won so much $ these past few months i actually went from about 6k in my books to about 15k, almost too hard to believe when i added it up. anyways im working on taking out at least 5k which is about my original investment

What limits were you playing in poker? Sounds like way above your skill level, even if you ran bad you wouldn't have losses like that.

6-12, 8-16, 15-30, 30-60 limit games, also a 2-60 spread game which i've done pretty well in (1-2 blinds with max bet of 60 each street, so kind of just a capped 1-2 nl game). That's live games, online play a ton of everything.

When I started I used to have patience for the game and could book a losing session without doing anything stupid but now I usually move up in limits or try to win back by taking a shot at blackjack.

Don't know how i've made such a huge transformation, when i started playing i was really patient, had no problem booking a losing session as long as I played well. Usually can't do it anymore which really just dooms me.

When I'm playing well I'm probably at least a slight favorite in most games, problem is I play really bad wayyyy too often.
