He should stay on the side of players? JJ has never been on the side of players. JJ's main focus has always been getting attention. If he has done something useful for players in the past, it was only a coincidental side-effect. The main purpose would have been to get attention.

In fact this would be a good topic to point at you John. Why didn't you stay on the side of players and strive for a good forum with integrity and quality information instead of encouraging a spammed out jj (and ghosts) side-show where the level of discussion is, "Bet on the team with the best quarterback," and "Hey, if I bet both sides of a game I'm guaranteed a win, right?"

Well to answer your question - and don't get me wrong; I'm not saying I'm smart to expect this - but I expect the forum to be more-or-less in line with SBR's reputation prior to the forum. Integrity, player focus, not sending players in the wrong direction, no bullshit, blah, bah, blah.

I even have an idea in my head that a quality forum like that, due to its uniqueness, could be commercially successful. I could be wrong about that. No idea.

Mudder a forum like you want would be closed in 6 months due to inactivity, there is just not enough demand for it and the daily posts counts would be minimal.

Mudder it is all about professional entertainers now with some gambling mixed in and all about traffic.

Gamblers are naturally people who are looking for entertainment. People that come to SBR and look for help with books usually only make a few posts.

It is a principal debate, and SBR obviously prefers an active and partly entertaining forum. I prolly would too, it creates a lot more traffic and that means more advertising $$$ from books.

JJ is indeed an entertainer. John knows that, so he doesn´t mind throwing him a ball and **** versa.
You could stop posting things that are neither funny or true thou JJ, like "Pinny sucks now". That is boring and spam.
