the number for Ramos did not work, so I simply called the customer service number that is used for the agents and told them I was not paid. they said they would contact the agent and see whats going on. apparently Ramos has a connected to bethorizon which I am trying to figure out. I am hoping that I will be able to get back my initial 1,500 from the local guy this week.Comment -

Since I'm a female and well, it seems that you're not willing to do what the guys on here are telling you is your best chance of collecting your money, I'll tell you what I think you should do. Not saying you're a pussy or anything as I realise there are guys who don't feel comfortable or are not capable of using that tactic to achieve a result.
1. Give up on PPH. They won't be able to help you. They don't give a crap about you at all or even your bookie for that matter. It doesn't matter if you had Johnnie Cochrane as your lawyer. PPH just doesn't, and won't, care. They'll pretend to go through the motions to try to keep you quiet for a bit and then give you the old heave ho.
2. Find someone bigger, stronger, ballsier than yourself, give them a cut of any money recovered and have them do the dirty work. Even 60-40 in their favour since they're the one putting themself at risk of injury and/or prosecution if something goes wrong. Hell, 40% for you is still better than no %. This is realistically your only chance to get your cash back. That is it.
No amount of nagging or Matlock investigation will be able to get your cash back. Your only hope is to strong-arm it out of the local. And I'd be getting the heavy to bash your so-called 'mate' too. He's a piece of crap punk for ever referring you in the first place.
I'm not going to tell you this was stupid to get involved with at all as I'm sure you already realise this. But you need to face facts that you have one option here. This isn't a pretty world we live in as gamblers, nor is it always right or even fair, but it is what it is and you need to adjust your moral code accordingly if you want any hope of getting this cash back.
