#40Originally posted by jaleinAgreed. It goes to whole different level once you start snitching or threaten to snitch. that is how you get hurt real bad or worse. Either roll up on him and whip his ass and make it crystal clear that there is MUCH more where that came from or you write it off and move on. Personally, I think he needs and ass whoopin if for no other reason then general principle. Not a good idea to let anyone play you for a bitch. Sh*t dude, you can pay somebody to ruff him up and give specific instruction to mention no names when they give him his beat down. Your name/calling card dont have to be on it. Either way, make decision and stick to it.Comment -

#51I had some trouble collecting off a local in Myrtle Beach when I went to school there. Luckily it was only for 3,000 and not nearly 20,000 and the bookie was some college kid. Just grabbed a football buddy of mine (coastal) and walked up to the kids house. Told him I was was going to kick his fuking teeth in, while my dear friend raped his girlfriend. #55if anybody could point me in the right direction, this is the information that I currently have:
my log in which apparently is still good at the web site I was given along with the website itself.
the toll free telephone numbers for the website which appear to just be general customer service numbers. when I called to complain about not being paid I was told to contact the agent directly myself.
I do not have all my betting history from the time I started betting, but I do have most weeks, specifically the big week where I went up 24,000. I am missing the week where I went up 10,500, but I would imagine customer service has copies that could be emailed. *Just a sidenote, I am surprised my account is still even working, if I was an agent, and was really trying to stiff me like it appears, I would have gone ahead and closed out my account to try to eliminate any record of my winnings.
I have text message dialect between the local guy I gave my money too claiming that money is owed to me and so on.
I have minimal text message dialect between a claimed boss in the washington dc area.
I have the telephone number as well as full name, twitter page, and approximate home addy of the local whom I gave my money to.
I have two washington dc area telephone numbers that are claimed to be connected to higherups of this organization.
I think that is most of it.

#56have you read thru this thread? We've all answered you.
This website is a PPH site, they just provide a service for your bookie, they know nothing of the money. They dont care & it doesnt affect them if you are up $10 or $10,000. The bookie is who is fukin' ya! Forget about this organization shit bro!Comment -

How are you going to find someone to buy off their debt? From the info you have that doesn't seem like it's even worth trying to do that.Comment -

#60Dude you knew the answer to your question before you typed that book into the computer. What can you do? Threaten the guy with snitching (to the IRS would **** up his state of mind), an/or handle your business. Way I look at it guy took you for a ton. All contacts including your referal now take that debt on. Handle up...... or don't. What the fuk else? #62I feel bad for you if the story's true. But you don't write like you're a teacher at all. Whether you just teach woodshop or not, it seems unlikely that the part about you being an educator is legit and therefore, the entire story is suspect.
Best of luck if you aren't bs'ing though. As of now, my thoughts:
-don't trust your buddy anymore
-it's your local who's the main guy screwing you -- focus on him; forget this higher boss nonsenseComment -

#65Not that its a big deal but I don't see what the issue is with my grammer, this is a sports forum lol. Anyway, I have an account with Legendz but it seemed like my business wasn't valued as much anymore, plus I was running into problems with sending money, especially with Westen Union, being blacklisted and what not. I hadn't bet for quite sometime until I was told about this guy, I really intended on playing small but just started rolling, even the week I dropped the 1500, it was just bad money management towards the end of the week so I kept playing big and obviously hit most my plays. I never once considered I would be stiffed, I'm certainly not used to situations like this. I dabble in a lot of things, I have a couple degrees, I rap, love working with the less fortunate and I also love to gamble. Much of the money I win goes to helping those I work with. I understand playing with a bookie you have no legal protection, but I went with my gut that this guy was legitimate and given the personal information I had, such as whereabouts, I wouldn't be stiffed, but now I am obviously rethinking the logic.Comment -

His level of politeness then reflects your next step. Step 1, tell him you want your money, and ask him how much he can pay you each week. Be real nice, but if he starts spewing some shit about "bosses", mid sentence, nail him real hard & fast in the nose & between the eyes. When he comes to, repeat step 1.Comment -
